摘要
目的探讨伤口治疗中心多学科团队干预对压力性损伤患者治疗的效果。方法选取2017年6月至2019年3月本院收治的压力性损伤患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用伤口专科护士主导下的经验性伤口处理,如需会诊,则由经管医生或主导护士,按需分步进行。观察组采用多学科团队(MDT)诊疗模式进行处理。比较两组患者的伤口愈合率、愈合时间和疼痛强度。结果观察组的伤口愈合率高于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,疼痛程度小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用多学科团队诊疗模式对压力性损伤进行治疗效果显著,可有效促进压力性损伤的愈合,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effectiveness of applying multidisciplinary diagnostic and therapeutic(MDT)approach to treat patients with community pressure injury.Methods 60 patients with community pressure injury were included from June 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital.All patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 case in each group.The experimental group was treated by MDT mode while the control group was treated with the regular approach.Wound healing rate,wound healing time and pain intensity of patients in two groups were compared.Results Wound healing rate is higher in experimental group than control group,wound healing time was shorter than control group,and less pain than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-disciplinary team diagnosis and treatment model has a significant effect on the treatment of stress injury,which can effectively promote the healing of stress injury,reduce the pain of patients,and improve patients'satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
