摘要
桥梁桩基础施工中,往往会遇到溶洞的情况,尤其是地址为喀斯特地形的地区,都将给桩基础施工带来极大的困难和安全风险。针对溶洞处理,如果措施不当,会发生掉钻、卡锤、漏浆、塌孔等质量、安全隐患,甚至威胁桥梁运营安全。因而充分了解桥区桩位所遇溶洞的发育规律、基本形态、规模大小洞内填充物形态等,采取稳妥的施工措施,保证施工的顺利进行十分重要。就广那高速桥梁桩基施工过程中遇到的溶岩发育情况,作出相关总结和施工方案,提出相应对策,实施各种质量控制措施,以确保完成施工任务。
In the construction of bridge pile foundations,karst caves are often encountered,especially in areas with karst terrain,which will bring great difficulties and safety risks to pile foundation construction. For the treatment of karst caves,if improper measures are taken,hidden quality and safety hazards such as drilling,jamming,slurry leakage,and hole collapse will occur. It even threatens the safety of bridge operations. Therefore,it is very important to fully understand the development law,basic form,and shape of the ?llings in the caves at the piles in the bridge area. It is important to take sound construction measures to ensure the smooth progress of the construction. Based on the development of karst rock encountered during the construction of Guangna Expressway bridge pile foundation,relevant conclusions and construction plans are made,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,and various quality control measures are implemented to ensure the completion of construction tasks.
