摘要
结合建筑工程项目特点,为满足项目风险管理要求,还要推进系统动力学在项目管理中的应用。基于此,对系统动力学及其运用意义展开了分析,然后结合实例对项目风险管理方法进行了实证研究,在系统分析项目风险基础上完成了风险系统模型的建立,最终得到的模拟评估结果能为风险监控管理提供依据。
Combining with the characteristics of construction projects,in order to meet the requirements of project risk management,we should also promote the application of system dynamics in project management.Based on this,this paper analyses the system dynamics and its application significance,and then carries out an empirical study on project risk management method with an example.On the basis of systematic analysis of project risk,the establishment of risk system model is completed.Finally,the simulation evaluation results can provide a basis for risk monitoring and management.
