摘要
转运RNA衍生片段属于非编码小RNA家族成员。TRF具有多种生物学功能,包括作为应激反应中的信号分子和基因表达的调节因子。此外,TRF还参与RNA加工、细胞增殖、翻译抑制、基因表型的遗传、细胞凋亡和免疫调节。TRF与癌症的发生、进展和化疗耐药有密切关系,在乳腺癌及其耐药细胞、前列腺癌、结直肠癌组织中明显高表达。肿瘤细胞中特异性表达TRF,研究其在乳腺癌耐药中的作用机制,可能使其成为一种新的生物学标志物来指导临床诊断和治疗。
Transfer RNA-derived fragments(TRF),belong to the family of non-coding microRNAs.TRF has a variety of biological functions,including acting as a signal molecule in stress response and a regulator of gene expression.In addition,TRF are involved in RNA processing,cell proliferation,translational inhibition,genetic phenotypic inheritance,apoptosis,and immune regulation.TRF is closely related to the occurrence,progression and chemotherapy resistance of cancer,and is highly expressed in breast cancer and its resistant cells,prostate cancer and colorectal cancer tissues.The discovery of TRF specifically expressed in tumor cells and its mechanism of action in breast cancer resistance may make it a new biomarker to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
