海藻提取物对甜玉米产量、品质及氮素利用的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Seaweed Extract on Yield,Quality and Nitrogen Use Efficiency of Sweet Corn

摘要 以正甜68甜玉米品种为试验材料,通过一年两季田间试验研究海藻提取物对甜玉米产量、品质及氮素利用率的影响。试验设置5个处理:常规施肥(T1)、常规施肥+海藻提取物(T2)、常规施肥减氮20%(T3)、常规施肥减氮20%+海藻提取物(T4)、不施氮(T0)。结果表明,T2处理的甜玉米获得最高产量,两季产量比T1处理分别提高7.11%和8.24%,T4处理的甜玉米产量与T1处理无显著差异。T4处理的春、秋两季玉米籽粒可溶性糖含量分别比T1处理提高5.29%和5.36%。T4处理的甜玉米氮素利用率最高,显著高于T1和T2处理。同时,T2处理的甜玉米氮素利用率显著高于T1处理。T2和T4处理的甜玉米氮肥农学效率分别显著高于其对应不施用海藻提取物的处理。T4处理的甜玉米氮肥偏生产力显著高于T1处理。春秋两季甜玉米每公顷净收益分别比T1处理提高11.71%和13.64%。T4处理的甜玉米两季净收益分别比T3处理提高6.18%和5.99%。 A field experiment was conducted to determine the effects of seaweed extracts on yield,quality and nitrogen use efficiency of sweet corn variety“Zhengtian 68”.Five treatments were set for the test:Conventional fertilization(T1),conventional fertilization+seaweed extract foliar application(T2),conventional fertilization with 20%N reduction(T3),conventional fertilization with 20%N reduction+seaweed extract foliar application(T4),no nitrogen(T0).The results showed that the yield of T2 treatment was the highest,and the yield increased by 7.11%and 8.24%in two seasons respectively compared with T1.There was no significant yield difference between T4 and T1.The soluble sugar content of T4 in spring and autumn was 5.29%and 5.36%higher respectively than that of T1.Nitrogen use efficiency of T4 was the highest,which was significantly higher than T1 and T2.At the same time,the nitrogen use efficiency of T2 was significantly higher than that of T1.The agronomic efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer in the treatment of T2 and T4 was significantly higher than that in the treatment without seaweed extract,respectively.The partial productivity of nitrogen fertilizer of T4 was significantly higher than that of T1.The net income per hectare of sweet corn in spring and autumn increased by 11.71%and 13.64%respectively compared with T1.The net income of T4 was 6.18%and 5.99%higher than that of T3 in two seasons.
