摘要
防区制是近代四川在二十世纪初叶特殊的历史产物,它深刻地影响着那个时期四川的政治经济社会状态。防区制的产生与四川二十世纪初叶特有的政治军事形势密切相关,同时也和四川在全国政治军事斗争中所处的特殊地位密不可分。在防区制下,各防区俨然是独立王国,对外抗拒外来势力介入川省事务;对内横征暴敛,相互征伐,造成战乱频仍,生灵涂炭。无论是对四川近代化的影响还是给四川带来的沉重灾难,防区制的影响是极其深远。了解防区制,对深入了解二十世纪初叶四川的全貌具有重要的意义。
The defense area system is a special historical product of modern Sichuan in the early 20th century,which has a profound impact on the political,economic and social state of Sichuan in that period.The emergence of the defense area system is closely related to the unique political and military situation in Sichuan at the beginning of the 20th century.At the same time,it is also closely related to the special position of Sichuan in the national political and military struggle.Under the defense area system,each defense area is like an independent kingdom,resisting external forces to intervene in Sichuan affairs,extorting excessive taxes and levies and fighting each other internally and resulting in frequent wars and loss of life.Whether it is the impact of modernization on modern Sichuan or the heavy disaster to Sichuan,the defense area system is the most important political and military system in Sichuan in that period,and its impact on Sichuan is far-reaching.An understanding of the defense area system is of great significance to an in-depth understanding of the whole picture of Sichuan in the early 20th century.
