摘要
目的探讨全脑DSA联合神经介入术在缺血性脑血管病中的应用价值和安全性。方法方便选取该院2017年1月-2018年12月期间收治的96例缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究对象。所有患者均经全脑DSA检查确诊。根据治疗方法的不同,将96例缺血性脑血管病患者分为两组,各48例。对照组应用单纯药物治疗方法,研究组应用神经介入术。治疗后再行全脑DSA检查。结果治疗后,研究组的病情改善效果(轻度狭窄85.42%,中度狭窄12.50%,重度狭窄2.08%)明显优于对照组(轻度狭窄45.83%,中度狭窄35.42%,重度狭窄18.75%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.841、7.563、5.257,P=0.003、0.014、0.025);研究组的并发症发生率6.25%明显低于对照组22.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.528,P=0.019)。结论全脑DSA联合神经介入术诊治缺血性脑血管病,疗效确切,安全性好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value and safety of whole brain DSA combined with Neurointerventional therapy in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Convenient selected 96 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and research group with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple drug therapy, while the study group was treated with Neurointerventional therapy. Results After treatment, the improvement effect of the study group(mild stenosis 85.42%, moderate stenosis 12.50%, severe stenosis 2.08%) was significantly better than that of the control group(mild stenosis 45.83%, moderate stenosis 35.42%, severe stenosis 18.75%). The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=8.841, 7.563, 5.257, P=0.003, 0.014, 0.025);the incidence of complications in the study group(6.25%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.9%). The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.528, P=0.019). Conclusion Whole brain DSA combined with Neurointerventional therapy is effective and safe in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, which is worth popularizing.
