摘要
胰岛β细胞去分化理论是近年来2型糖尿病发病机制领域备受关注的颠覆性观点,以往的衰老理论认为细胞从成熟走向凋亡最终导致糖尿病发生,而去分化理论则主张细胞从成熟退化回原始状态才是发病的根本原因。试从一般系统论角度分析胰岛β细胞去分化理论并肯定其哲学合理性,同时基于开放系统、远离平衡态、耗散结构的主要观点,提出针对2型糖尿病未来研究方向和治疗方案的可行性对策是维持β细胞开放系统的低熵状态和调节细胞内良性信息流动。
The islet β-cell dedifferentiation theory is a subversive view that has attracted much attention in the field of type 2 diabetes pathogenesis in the past two years.Previous aging theory believed that cells go through maturity to apoptosis eventually lead to diabetes,while dedifferentiation theory insists that cells degenerate from mature state to primitive state is the root cause of disease.This paper attempts to analyze the dedifferentiation theory of isletβcells from the perspective of general system theory and affirm its philosophical rationality.At the same time,based on the main viewpoints of open system,being away from equilibrium and dissipative structure,this paper proposes feasible countermeasures for future research directions and treatment options for type 2 diabetes,which are maintaining the low entropy state of theβ-cell open system and regulating the benign information flow in cells.
