摘要
本文针对试生产过程中出现的问题,对钠碱盐析结晶法生产亚硫酸钠工艺进行理论分析。结果表明,每盐析结晶生产1 t亚硫酸钠,吸收塔中吸收反应会结晶析出0.157 t亚硫酸钠,中和反应会给系统带进0.995 t水;氧化副反应主要发生在三级吸收塔,且温度越高,副反应程度越大。根据理论分析结果,采用一定的工艺改进后,使钠碱盐析结晶法实现了稳定工业化生产。
The production process of sodium sulfite by sodium-alkali salting out crystallization is analyzed theoretically.The results show that for every 1 t sodium sulfite produced by salting out crystallization,the absorption reaction in the absorption tower will crystallize and precipitate 0.157 t sodium sulfite,and the neutralization reaction will bring 0.995 water into the system;the oxidation side reactions mainly occurs in the tertiary absorption tower,and the higher the temperature,the greater the degree of side reaction.According to the theoretical analysis results,the sodium-alkali salting out crystallization method has been improved to achieve stable industrial production.
