摘要
研究将通用设计理念应用于台北地下街评价要素研究为目的。首先通过文献回顾,整理出影响地下步行街空间设计的五大影响因素,包括安全性、可及性、舒适性、可识别性和包容性,同时归纳出五大因素下所涵盖的29项可能影响因子,最后通过模糊德尔菲法选出9项评价准则,以作为地下步行街管理改善的设计依循和未来方案设计的参考。
The objective of this study is to apply the concept of Universal Design on evaluating underground pedestrian street in Taipei.Based on the literature reviews,we generalize five major dimensions such as security,accessibility,comfort,identifiability,and inclusiveness,from which we further deduce 29 possible influential factors.Correspondingly,the approach of Fuzzy Delphi Method is employed to extract 9 criteria of assessments within these factors.In addition,the study offers a contribution on not only improving the managements of underground pedestrian streets,but also the method of related designs elsewhere in the future.
