摘要
目的:分析当前我国远程开放教育中非学术支持服务存在的相关问题,并研究相应的改善策略。方法:检索中国知网、万方和维普等数据库,收集近年来关于我国远程开放教育中非学术支持服务的文献,通过文献调研,结合实际,进行系统评价,综合分析非学术支持服务存在的相关问题及其解决策略。结果:运用基于数据库的文献系统评价方法,发现目前我国远程开放教育中非学术支持服务的问题主要集中在学员缺乏人文关怀、教学信息传递不及时、教学机构对学员学习技能的支持不足以及教学基础设置不充足等方面,并提出了一定的解决策略。结论:在深入调查研究的基础上,认真吸取国内外的先进教学理念,开展广泛的学术交流,深入实际,以人为本,才能探索出适合于我国远程开放教育的非学术支持服务模式。
Purpose: to analyze the existing problems of non-academic support service in China long-distance open education,and study the corresponding improvement strategies. Method: to search the databases of China Zhiwang,Wanfang and Weipu,and collect the literature about China non-academic support service in distance open education in recent years.Through the literature investigation combining with the actual situation,the systematic evaluation was carried out,and the related problems existing in the non-academic support service and the solution strategy were comprehensively analyzed. Result: using a database-based document system evaluation method,we found that the main problems of the non-academic support service in China’s long-distance open education were lack of human care and timely transmission of teaching information,the insufficient support of the teaching organization for students’ learning skills and the insufficient teaching base. Then we proposed a certain solution strategy. Conclusion: on the basis of the in-depth investigation,we should carefully absorb the advanced teaching concepts at home and abroad,carry out extensive academic exchanges and go deep into practice,so as to explore the non-academic support service mode suitable for China’s distance and open education.
