摘要 近年来,中国不断加大海洋油气等资源的开发力度,海洋工程钢结构作为主流开发载体不断趋向复杂化、多样化,而随着开发水深增加、开发周期增长,对于海洋工程钢结构寿命、焊接质量要求也越来越高。焊接横向裂纹由于其本身的特点,逐渐成为热点讨论的焊接质量缺陷之一,文章结合作者自身工作经历对焊接横向裂纹产生原因及控制措施进行了分析。 In recent years,China has continuously increased the development of offshore oil and gas and other resources.As a mainstream development carrier,offshore engineering steel structures have continued to become more complex and diversified.With the increase of the development water depth and the development cycle,the life and welding of offshore engineering steel structures have increased.Quality requirements are also getting higher and higher.Because of its own characteristics,welding transverse cracks have gradually become one of the welding quality defects discussed hotly.The author analyzes the causes and control measures of welding transverse cracks in combination with his own work experience.
