摘要
地方普通高校向应用型转变是我国经济发展进入新常态,人才供给与需求关系深刻变化大背景下的必然趋势。2015年国家《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》文件的出台,意味着应用型人才的培养已经上升到国家战略的高度。应用型高校培养什么人,怎么培养人以及为谁培养人这一根本问题,需要我们进行系统化的思考。
The transformation of local colleges and universities to application-oriented is an inevitable trend under the background of the new normal of China's economic development and the profound change of the relationship between talent supply and demand.In 2015,the National Guiding Opinions on guiding some local universities to transform into application-oriented universities was issued,which means that the cultivation of application-oriented talents has risen to the height of national strategy.The fundamental problem of what kind of talents to cultivate,how to cultivate talents and for whom it cultivates talents in application-oriented universities needs us to think systematically.
