摘要
固定效应模型显示:政府支出规模扩张与外商直接投资均显著的降低了环境污染。在以政府支出规模为门限变量的回归模型显示:当门限值大于0.2098时,外商直接投资对于工业废水排放的负效应显著加强;当门限值大于0.1416时,外商直接投资对于二氧化硫的排放影响效应由正变为负。这一结果表明,政府支出规模对于外商直接投资影响环境污染有着调节作用,可以间接的影响环境,政府支出规模的增加有助于提高外商直接投资的环境治理效率,能够提供更为优质的服务。
The fixed effect model shows that the scale expansion of government expenditure and FDI have significantly reduced environmental pollution.The regression model with the government expenditure scale as the threshold variable shows that when the threshold value is greater than 0.2098,the negative effect of foreign direct investment on industrial waste water discharge is significantly enhanced.When the threshold value is greater than 0.1416,the effect of foreign direct investment on sulfur dioxide emission changes from positive to negative.This result indicates that the government The scale of expenditure has a moderating effect on the environmental pollution of foreign direct investment,which can indirectly affect the environment,and the increase of government expenditure scale is helpful to improve the efficiency of environmental governance of foreign direct investment,with can provide better service.
