摘要
连接蓄电池内部单体的铅零件出现气孔缺陷会使蓄电池的电气性能和机械强度下降,甚至失效,是重大的安全、质量隐患,使系统可靠性不能得到保证。笔者结合实际生产环境,对形成气孔的影响因素进行分析、归纳,并通过试制生产实物样件对影响因素逐一分析验证。用于模具设计的新浇铸系统能有效防止气孔产生,解决实际生产中的难题。
The air hole defects of lead parts connected to the battery internal monomer will reduce or even fail the electrical performance and mechanical strength of the battery,causing major safety and quality risks to the products.And the reliability of the system will not be guaranteed.Based on the actual production environment,this paper analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of the formation of pores,and analyzes and verifies the influencing factors one by one through the trial production of physical samples.The test proves that the new casting system for mold design can effectively prevent the formation of air holes and solve the problems in the actual production.
