摘要
紫薇(Lagerstroemia indica)新品种淡爪紫环(Lagerstroemia indica‘Danzhao Zhihuan’)和红环淡紫(Lagerstroemia indica‘Honghuan Danzi’)是通过广泛收集紫薇多种源、多品种的种子,开展混合种子育苗,采用自然杂交实生选育法选育出的。经栽培试验,这2个新品种遗传性状稳定、适应性广、抗逆性强、观赏价值高,是优良的园林观花树种,在城市景观中已被推广应用。
The new varieties of Lagerstroemia indica Lagerstroemia indica‘Danzhao Zihuan’and Lagerstroemia indica‘Honghuan Danzi’were selected through collecting widely seeds of various sources and varieties of crape myrtle,developing of mixed seed grow seedlings and using natural hybridization seedling-selection method.After cultivation experiments,the two new varieties are fine garden flower tree species because they have the characteristics of stable genetic character,wide adaptability,strong stress resistance and high ornamental value,and has been applied in city landscaping.
