摘要
该文结合现代超高层建筑、复杂结构对混凝土综合性能的需要,以平衡多种性能之间的矛盾点为设计思路,制备出集高强、自密实、低气泡含量、低收缩于一体的C60高性能混凝土。混凝土性能指标为:扩展度730mm、28d抗压强度71.5MPa、3d收缩240×10^(-6),该C60高性能混凝土成功应用于重庆高科"太阳座"项目钢管柱,生产泵送入模顺利,内部最高温度66.8℃,强度评定合格,混凝土与钢管壁粘结良好。
According to the demands of modern high-rise buildings and complex structures for the overall performance of concrete to balance the contradictions between multiple performances,the C60 high performance concrete is produced,with characteristics of high strength,self-compacting,low bubble content and low shrinkage.The concrete performance indexes are as follows:an expansion degree of 730mm,the 28d compressive strength of 71.5MPa,and the 3d shrinkage of 240×10-6.This high performance concrete has been successfully applied in steel pipes of the"Taiyang Zuo"project of Chongqing hi-tech co.,LTD.The production pumping into the mold goes smooth,and the internal maximum temperature is 66.8℃,with qualified strength evaluation and concrete well bonded to the steel pipe wall.
