摘要
目的了解临床医学生专业承诺现况,分析影响专业承诺水平的相关因素。方法采用分层整群的方法,选取安徽省3所省属医科院校1418名在校临床医学生进行专业承诺及相关信息调查,建立logistics回归模型分析专业承诺水平的影响因素。结果医学生专业承诺各维度的得分为情感承诺(31.0±4.7)分、规范承诺(20.4±3.0)分、继续承诺(19.1±2.8)分和理想承诺(23.6±5.2)分,专业承诺总分(94.1±13.3)分。普通类型院校(OR=2.372,95%CI:1.819~3.094)、非定向专业(OR=2.873,95%CI:2.170~3.804)、家庭期望值高(OR=1.671,95%CI:1.120-2.492)和学习能力较强(OR=2.515,95%CI:1.318~4.800)医学生专业承诺水平较高。男女医学生专业承诺的影响因素存在差异。结论临床医学生专业承诺水平较高,根据影响因素有针对性地开展教育教学工作有助于专业承诺水平的提升。
Objective The aim of this paper is to understand the status of professional commitment and analyze the influencing factors of medical college students in Anhui province.MethodsAstratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1418 students in clinical medicine from3 medical colleges in Anhui province.Amultivariate Logistic regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors of professional commitment.Results The scores of affective commitment,normative commitment,continuance commitment,ideal commitment and professional commitment were 31.0±4.7,20.4±3.0,19.1±2.8,23.6±5.2 and 94.1±13.3 respectively.Students from general medical college(OR=2.372,95%CI:1.819-3.094),non-directional(OR=2.873,95%CI:2.170-3.804),higher family expectation(OR=1.671,95%CI:1.120-2.492)and higher learning ability(OR=2.515,95%CI:1.318-4.800)had higher professional commitment.The influencing factors of professional commitment were different by gender.Conclusion The level of professional commitment of medical college students in Anhui province is relatively high.The education for professional commitment accordingly to the influencing factors should be carried out to improve the level of professional commitment.
