摘要
为充分挖掘已有数据价值,赋能油浸式电力变压器全生命周期资产健康管理,利用信息融合分析技术,关联分析热老化模型和健康指数模型,并在云平台下开发电力变压器健康评估软件。软件测试结果表明:该电力变压器健康评估软件能够可视化实现状态监测、状态评估(包括绕组热点评估、绝缘剩余寿命定量评估、过负荷能力评估)、异常智能告警和专业报表主动推送等功能,验证了理论模型的可行性,强化了理论与工程应用的关联性。
To fully mine the potential value of massive amounts of data that have been collected and to empower the life-cycle asset health management of oil-immersed power transformers,this paper utilized the information fusion analysis technology to correlatively analyze the thermal aging and health index modes and developed a power transformer health assessment software on the cloud platform.The software test results show that the power transformer health assessment software can visually realize condition monitoring,condition assessment,including winding hot spot assessment,insulation residual life quantitative assessment,overload capacity assessment,abnormal intelligent alarming and professional report active pushing etc.The proposed theoretical model verifies the feasibility and the relevance of theory and engineering application is strengthened.
