摘要
对贵州省煤炭资源进行科学的煤质特征评价,以有效提高其资源利用率。以打磨冲煤矿已钻井实验测试资料为基础,从煤矿主采煤层煤岩特征、煤的化学性质及工艺性能等方面开展分析研究,并对煤的工业用途进行科学评价。研究表明:打磨冲煤矿主采煤层煤岩成分以暗煤、亮煤为主,煤岩类型主要为半亮型煤、半暗型煤;具有中灰、低挥发分、高硫、低磷等性质以及高热值、高-中等结渣性和中等可选的工艺性能;初步认为区内灰分及硫分与煤层埋深关系很小;原煤硫分以6号下层及15号煤层较高,分析认为该煤层沉积期可能为海侵时期,带入了较多无机硫,进而形成较其它煤层硫分含量较高的特征。综合分析认为,区内煤炭资源主要可用作民用煤、动力用煤以及气化用煤,以6号、16号煤最为优质。
In order to improve the utilization ratio of coal resources in Guizhou province,the scientific evaluation of coal quality characteristics was carried out.Based on drilling test data of Damochong coal mine,the petrographic characteristics,chemical properties and process performance of main workable coal seam coal were analyzed,the industrial use of coal was evaluated as well.The Research indicates that the coal and rock components of the main coal seam of Damochong coal mine are dominated by dark coal and bright coal.The coal rock types are mainly semi-bright coal and semi-dark coal;it has the chemical properties of medium ash,low volatile matter,high sulfur,low phosphorus,high calorific value,high-medium slagging and medium washing process performance;it is preliminarily considered that the ash and sulfur content in the area have little relationship with the depth of coal seam;the sulfur content of raw coal is higher in coal seams 6 and 15;the analysis shows that the sedimentary period of the coal seam may be transgressive,more inorganic sulfur is brought in,and then the sulfur content is higher than other coal seam.Comprehensive analysis believes that the coal resources in the region can be mainly used as civil coal,power coal and gasification coal,No.6 and No.16 coal have the best quality.
