西藏阿里地区医疗设备使用状况调查分析与改进对策的探讨研究——以改则县为例被引量：1

Investigation and analysis on the use condition of medical equipment and discussion on improvement measures in Ali region of Tibet-taking Gaize county as an example

摘要以西藏阿里地区改则县医院为例,探究整个阿里地区医疗设备配置及使用状况,为该地区医疗设备的合理配置、高效使用和科学管理提供参考依据。现场对医疗设备使用状况逐一排查、统计与汇总分析。该医院医疗设备使用效率低下的原因主要包括设备使用条件差、需求与供给信息不对称、维护保养困难和计量工作缺失。据此探究出以下改进对策:西藏阿里地区在医疗设备配置与使用时应不断改善基础设施;设备配置时应与实际需求相符;多方协作加强医疗设备的维护保养;全面开展计量工作。 Taking the hospital of Gaize county,Ali,Tibet as an example,the configuration and use condition of medical equipment in the entire Ali region is explored,thereby providing reference for the rational configuration,efficient use and scientific management of medical equipment in this region.The use condition of medical equipment has been checked,counted and analyzed on-site one by one.The main reasons of the inefficient use of medical equipment in the hospital include poor use conditions,asymmetric demand and supply information,difficult maintenance and lack of measurement work.Considering this,the improvement countermeasures are explored as follow,the infrastructure should be continuously improved in the configuration and use of medical equipment in Ali region of Tibet;the equipment configuration should be consistent with the actual needs;multiple parties should cooperate to strengthen the maintenance of medical equipment;the measurement work should be carried out comprehensively.
