摘要
目的分析营养支持对食管癌术后患者营养状况、生活质量的影响。方法将我院行食管癌根治术的64例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用营养支持治疗。比较两组的营养状况及生活质量。结果观察组肛门排气时间、进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Alb、PA、Hb、IgA、IgG、IgM水平及WHOQOL-100评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用营养支持治疗有助于改善食管癌术后患者的营养状态,促进胃肠功能恢复,提高免疫功能和生活质量水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional support on nutritional status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer after operation.Methods Sixty-four patients who underwent esophagectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received nutritional support treatment on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The time of anal exhaust,eating,bowel sound recovery and defecation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Alb,PA,Hb,IgA,IgG,IgM and WHOQOL-100 score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support therapy can improve the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer after operation,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the level of immune function and quality of life.
