摘要
乙醇含量是衡量白酒质量的一项重要指标,准确、快速的测定白酒中乙醇的含量,对监督控制白酒质量,维护消费者安全有着重要意义.本文主要介绍了密度计、密度瓶、酒精计、气相色谱、电化学传感器以及光谱法(拉曼光谱技术、近红外光谱技术)在白酒中乙醇含量检测中的应用.新技术的不断融入,方法的进一步完善,为未来白酒中乙醇含量快速检测提供了新的发展方向.
Alcohol content is an important quality to measure of liquor.Accurate and rapid determination of alcohol content in liquor is of great significance for supervision and control of liquor quality and protection of consumer safety.The application of detection alcohol content of liquor were summarized,which included densimeter,density bottle,alcohol meter,gas chromatography,electrochemical sensor and spectroscopy(Raman spectroscopy and near infrared spectroscopy).Integrating new technologies constantly,improving of methods,and provide a development direction for the rapid detection of ethanol content in liquor in the future.
