摘要
国内外对白三叶抗逆性的研究主要集中在抗寒性、抗旱性、抗盐碱性、抗病性及抗虫性等方面。本文综述了近20年来白三叶生理生化和形态结构基础与抗逆性的关系,以及生物技术对白三叶抗逆性的调控等方面的研究进展。在对已有成果进行综合分析的基础上,就目前白三叶抗逆性研究中亟待解决的一些问题进行了探讨。结果显示,国外对白三叶抗逆性研究较多,国内研究基础薄弱,育种进程缓慢。因此,我国在今后白三叶抗逆育种研究中应当结合转基因、形态标记和分子标记等手段,以期加快我国白三叶抗逆育种进程。
In domestic or on abroad, studies on stress resistance of white clover are primarily focused on cold, drought, saline-alkali, disease and insect resistance. The present article reviewed the application of biotechnology on the regulation of white clover stress resistance, and the relationship among physiological and biochemical characteristics, stress resistance and morphological structure of white clover in the past 20 years. Some essential issues related to stress resistance of white clover were discussed in the present article based on the comprehensive analysis of published results. There were more foreign studies on stress resistance of white clover. In contrast, the breeding process of white clover was slow duo to the weak research basis in China. Therefore, genetically modified technology, morphological and molecular markers should be applied in future research to accelerate the process of stress-resistant breeding of white clover in China.
