摘要
目的:观察舒眠胶囊联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗原发性失眠肝气郁结证的临床疗效。方法:收治原发性失眠肝气郁结证患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用舒眠胶囊治疗;治疗组采用舒眠胶囊联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组治疗后单胺类神经递质水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒眠胶囊联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗原发性失眠肝气郁结证效果明显,可有效缓解病情,提高睡眠质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shumian capsule combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of primary insomnia with liver qi stagnation.Methods:70 patients of primary insomnia with liver qi stagnation were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shumian capsule and the treatment group was treated with Shumian capsule combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the level of monoamine neurotransmitters in the treatment group was better than in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shumian capsule combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of primary insomnia with liver qi stagnation is remarkable,it can effectively relieve the disease and improve the quality of sleep.
