摘要
与其他管道相比,压力管道始终处于较高的温度与压力下,传输介质多为流体,属于具有爆炸危险性的特种设备。如压力管道长期处于较为恶劣的运行环境,其自身接头的密封性与材料各项性能将会明显下降。相关工作人员应依据压力管道自身特征,制定出更加全面的检验方案。主要对压力管道检验要点以及检验问题进行相关概述,以期从根本上提升压力管道检验水平,延长管道使用寿命。
Compared with other pipelines,pressure pipelines are always at a higher temperature and pressure,and the transmission medium is mostly fluid,which belongs to special equipment with explosion danger.If the pressure pipeline is in a relatively harsh operating environment for a long time,the tightness and material properties of its own joints will be significantly reduced.According to the relevant staff,a more comprehensive inspection plan is formulated based on the characteristics of the pressure pipeline.The relevant points of pressure pipeline inspection and inspection issues are summarized in order to fundamentally improve the pressure pipeline inspection level and extend the service life of pipelines.
