摘要
为确保特种设备得以安全应用,要求操作人员必须严格按照特种设备安全技术规范,从多个方面针对特种设备的安全应用进行统筹规划与合理部署,加强对特种设备的规范管理。其中,压力容器与压力管道作为特种设备的重要表现形式,应严格按照特种设备安全技术规范实现安全管理过程。目前,为进一步规范对压力容器与压力管道的管理强度,主要以定期检验为研究重点,针对压力容器、管道定期检验常见的问题以及解决方法进行研究与分析。
In order to ensure the safe application of special equipment,operators are required to strictly follow the special equipment safety technical specifications,carry out overall planning and reasonable deployment of special equipment safety applications from multiple aspects,and strengthen the standardized management of special equipment.Among them,pressure vessels and pressure pipelines are important forms of special equipment,and they should strictly implement the safety management process of special equipment safety technical specifications.At present,in order to further regulate the management intensity of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,periodic inspection is the main research focus,and common problems and solutions for pressure vessel and pipeline periodic inspection are studied and analyzed.
