摘要
以中海石油化学股份有限公司800kt/a甲醇装置合成系统为研究对象,总结了控制温度、氢碳比和工艺流程等优化调整的结果,取得了增产降耗的效果。
In this paper,the synthesis system of 800000 t/a methanol plant of China Blue Chemical Ltd is taken as the research object.The results of optimization and adjustment of control temperature,hydrogen carbon ratio and Technological process are summarized,and the effect of increasing production and reducing consumption is achieved.
