摘要
随着我国经济转型和环境问题压力日益增大,绿色金融逐渐成为生态文明建设及经济可持续发展的重要支撑。尤其在进入21世纪后,人们更加意识到将绿色化发展融入到经营决策的重要性。目前,我国绿色金融规模日趋扩大,在很多领域都实现了创新和突破,但与国际水平相比仍存在较大差距,在实际发展过程中仍有许多问题亟待解决,本文通过对国内外绿色金融发展现状进行分析,比较其差异及共同点。通过借鉴发达国家的经验和策略,指出我国在发展绿色金融过程中存在的问题;并从完善政策和法律体系、加强创新力度、制定鼓励机制三个方面提出促进我国绿色金融发展的建议。
With China's economic transformation and the increasing pressure of environmental problems,green finance has become an important support for the construction of ecological civilization and the sustainable development of economy.Especially in the 21st century,people are more aware of the importance of integrating green development into business decisions.At present,our country's green finance scale is expanding day by day,has realized the innovation and the breakthrough in many fields,However,there is still a big gap compared with the international level,and there are still many problems to be solved in the process of actual development.Through analyzing the current situation of green finance development at home and abroad,this paper compares the differences and common points at home and abroad.Based on the experiences and strategies of developed countries,the problems in the development of green finance in China are pointed out.And from the policy and legal system,strengthen innovation,formulate incentive mechanism three aspects to promote the development of green finance in China.
