摘要
昆明春之眼项目主副塔基础采用大直径超长钻孔灌注桩,设计承载力高,施工难度大。施工过程中综合采用桩孔垂直度控制、多机联合成孔、泥浆循环利用、气举反循环二次清孔和桩端后注浆等技术,对桩基施工全过程进行有效控制,不仅钻孔质量达到设计要求,而且钻孔效率高,成本较低,施工经验可供类似项目借鉴。
The foundation of the main and auxiliary towers of Kunming Spring Eye project uses large-diameter and ultra-long cast-in-place pile with high design bearing capacity and difficult construction.During the construction process,the pile hole verticality control technology,multi-method combined drilling technology,slurry recycling technology,air lift reverse circulation secondary hole clearing technology,the construction method of post grouting for cast-in-place pile are comprehensively used to effectively control the entire pile foundation construction process.The drilling quality meets the design requirements,and the drilling efficiency is high and the cost is low.Its successful experience can be used for similar projects.
