摘要
目的 探讨真武强心汤对老年收缩性心力衰竭患者血清可溶性ST2(sST2)、脑钠素N端前体肽(NT-proBNP)、内皮素(ET)水平的影响.方法 选取2017年2月至2019年7月仪陇县中医医院收治的老年收缩性心力衰竭患者50例,采用数表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例.对照组使用常规治疗方法 ,观察组在对照组的基础上加以真武强心汤治疗,比较2组治疗28 d后心功能指标,评估患者临床症状及临床疗效.结果 治疗后观察组sST2、NT-proBNP、ET水平及心电图ST段压水平均低于对照组,观察组左室射血分数高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状发生率低于对照组,临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在老年收缩性心力衰竭治疗中,应用真武强心汤可有效提高临床疗效,降低sST2、NT-proBNP、ET水平,改善患者心功能.
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhenwu Qiangxin Decoction on sST2,NT-proBNP,ET levels in elderly patients with systolic heart failure.Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with systolic heart failure admitted to Yi Long County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with zhenwuqiangxin decoction on the basis of the control group.After 28 days of treatment,the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of the patients.Results After treatment,sST2,nt-probnp,ET levels and ST segment ecg pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total clinical effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of systolic heart failure in the elderly,the application of Zhenwu Qiangxin decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the level of sST2,NT-proBNP,ET,improve the heart function of patients.
