雌激素、孕酮及β-HCG联合检测在诊断早期异位妊娠中的应用价值 被引量:2

The Value of Combined Detection of Estrogen Progesterone andβ-hCG in the Diagnosis of Early Ectopic Pregnancy

摘要 目的研究雌激素、孕酮及β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)联合检测在诊断早期异位妊娠中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年12月至2019年6月沛县中医院收治的38例宫外孕患者作为实验组,选择同期内接收的正常妊娠产妇38例作为对照组。对2组产妇的雌激素、孕酮及β-HCG进行联合检测,比较2组血清β-HCG、孕酮、E2水平,比较实验组中单项与多项联合检测的诊断准确率。结果与对照组相比,实验组的血清β-HCG、孕酮、E2水平均较低(P<0.05);血清β-HCG、孕酮、E2单项检测的准确率分别为31.58%、42.11%、50.00%,低于三者联合检测的准确率94.74%。结论雌激素、孕酮及β-HCG可作为判断早期异位妊娠的重要检测指标,将三者联合检测应用于早期异位妊娠的诊断中,可大大降低误诊和漏诊发生率。 Objective To study the value of combined detection of estrogen,progesterone andβ-HCG in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods In this study,38 ectopic pregnant patients admitted to Peixian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were selected as experimental samples,and 38 normal pregnant women who received during the same period were selected as control samples.Combined detection of estrogen,progesterone andβ-HCG was performed in two groups of women to confirm the difference in different indicators between the two groups,and the diagnostic accuracy of single and multiple combined tests in the experimental group was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the serumβ-HCG,progesterone and estrogen levels in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05);The accuracy of individual tests of serumβ-HCG,progesterone,and E2 was 31.58%,42.11%,and 50.00%,which were lower than the accuracy of 94.74%of the three combined test.Conclusion Estrogen,progesterone,andβ-HCG can be used as important detection indicators for judging early ectopic pregnancy.The combined detection of the three can be used to diagnose early ectopic pregnancy,which can greatly reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
