支气管哮喘患儿FeNO、FEV1、PEF、FEF50及FEF75水平变化与意义研究 被引量:2

Changes and Significance of FeNO FEV1 PEF FEF50 and FEF75 in Children with Bronchial Asthma

摘要 目的探究小儿支气管哮喘疾病应用呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平的应用效果.方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月来南京市高淳人民医院儿科接受检查的支气管哮喘儿童为观察组(n=30),另选取同期来医院体检的健康儿童为对照组(n=30).对患儿给予相应剂量的B2受体激动剂与糖皮质激素系统治疗,并检测不同时期FeNO水平与肺功能.结果观察组急性发作期、慢性持续期及缓解期患儿FeNO指标均高于对照组的健康儿童,但随治疗时间的推移逐渐好转(P<0.05).急性期患儿6个月后患儿FEV1、PEF、FEF50及FEF75,较治疗1个月、3个月改善情况较为明显(P<0.05);慢性、缓解期患儿6个月后FEV1、PEF、FEF50及FEF75,较治疗1个月、3个月改善情况较为明显(P<0.05).结论FeNO随支气管哮喘病情的治疗,测定结果逐渐降低,不仅可以检测病情严重程度,还可为支气管疾病的诊断与治疗提供较优的临床指导依据,临床应用价值较高. Objective To investigate the effect of applying exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)levels in children with bronchial asthma.Methods Children with bronchial asthma who came to the department of pediatrics of gaochun people's hospital of nanjing for examination from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group(n=30),and healthy children who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group(n=30).Patients were given the corresponding dose of B2 agonist and glucocorticoid,and FeNO levels and lung function were detected at different stages.Results The FeNO index of children in the observation group during acute onset,chronic duration and remission was higher than that of healthy children in the control group,but gradually improved with the treatment time(P<0.05).In the acute phase,children FEV1,PEF,FEF50,and FEF75 improved significantly after treatment for 1 and 3 months(P<0.05);for children in chronic and remission phase,FEV1 and PEF 6 months later,FEF50 and FEF75,the improvement is more obvious than the treatment of 1 and 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusion FeNO results gradually decrease with the treatment of bronchial asthma,which can not only detect the severity of the disease,but also provide better clinical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial disease,which has higher clinical application value.
