摘要
资产评估是我国现代化建设不可或缺的高端服务业,随着评估业务新领域的不断增长,对聘雇专业人员的能力要求也越来越高。在现有人才培养模式不够完全满足社会需求的情况下,从培养目标和人才规格、教学内容和课程体系、管理制度和评估方式等方面提出对高校资产评估专业育人的新的合理化建议。
Asset evaluation is an indispensable high-end service industry in China's modernization.With the continuous growth of new areas of evaluation business,the ability to hire professionals is also increasingly demanding.Under the condition that the current talent training mode is not enough to meet the needs of the society,this paper puts forward some new reasonable suggestions for the education of college assets evaluation specialty from the aspects of training objectives and talent specifications,teaching content and curriculum system,management system and evaluation methods.
