摘要
本文通过分析海绵城市PPP项目特点,针对海绵城市建设项目中建筑与小区改造类的项目,以通州区的北京市海绵城市试点区内建设项目为参考,对海绵城市试点PPP项目合同签订要点进行了分析,为海绵城市建设推广中PPP项目的合同签订提供借鉴与参考。
The characteristics of PPP project of Sponge City were analyzed,and the main points of PPP project contracts of Sponge City pilot construction were summarized with a case study of the Sponge City pilot project in Tongzhou District of Beijing,which could provide references for PPP project contracting of Sponge City construction and promotion.
