摘要
高职学生档案特指学生在高职学习期间学习、生活及参加各种社会实践的真实记录,是学生的成长印迹,是学生毕业择业就业及以后各种选拔、考核、任用的重要原始依据。随着互联网的出现和发展,高职档案管理也在不断地进行改革与发展,学生档案"互联网+"管理模式已经成为必然趋势,对提升高职毕业生就业能力起到至关重要的作用。
Higher vocational students’ archives refer to the real record of students’ study, life and participation in various social practice during their study in higher vocational colleges. They are the imprint of students’ growth and the important original basis for students’ graduation, employment and subsequent selection, assessment and appointment. With the emergence and development of the Internet, archives management in higher vocational colleges is also constantly being reformed and developed. The Internet plus management mode of student archives has become an inevitable trend and played a vital role in improving the employability of higher vocational graduates.
