摘要
目的建立一套适合评价紧急医学救援人员胜任力的指标体系。方法:通过文献检索、半结构访谈、专家问卷调查等方法,初步建立紧急医学救援人员胜任力指标评价体系,采用德尔菲专家咨询法对20位专家进行两轮咨询,评价验证指标体系,并采用层次分析法及专家重要性赋值平均分配法计算指标权重。结果:两轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率均是100%;专家权威系数分别为0.73与0.84;变异系数分别为0.18与0.16;协调系数分别为0.28与0.31。最终保留的救援人员胜任力评价指标体系包括一级指标4个,二级指标10个,三级指标54个。结论:专家函询的可信度及代表性较高,探索构建的胜任力指标评价体系综合考虑了应急救援的特点及救援人员所需的素质能力,具有一定的合理性和科学性。
Objective To establish an indicator system suitable for evaluating the competence of emergency medical rescue personnel.Methods With the help of document retrieval,semi-structured interview,expert consultation and other methods,the evaluation index system for emergency medical rescue personnel competency was initially established.The Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation for 20 experts to evaluate the verification index system.The index weights were calculated by the analytic hierarchy process and the expert importance assignment average distribution method.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were both 100%,with the expert authority coefficients of 0.73 and 0.84.The coefficients of variation were 0.18 and 0.16,and the coordination coefficients were 0.28 and 0.31.The final evaluation index system of the rescue personnel competency includes 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 54 third-level indicators.Conclusion The credibility and representativeness of the expert’s correspondence are relatively high.The evaluation index system of the competency takes into account the characteristics of emergency rescue and the quality and ability of rescuers,which has certain rationality and science.
