摘要
通过扫描电镜和能谱分析仪对含Ti螺纹钢筋的纵向裂纹缺陷进行分析,发现螺纹钢筋纵向裂纹的位置集中在肋部与非肋部,且均沿纵向方向呈连续直线分布;在裂纹上出现了不连续的翘皮缺陷,翘皮底部与基体相连。经EDS分析表明,裂纹中间层主要是铁的氧化物,说明该缺陷是在高温轧制过程形成的。结合工艺参数、设备状况分析产生纵向裂纹缺陷的主要原因是坯料自身所带的裂纹,经过轧制并未愈合,并沿轧制方向发生扩展;而翘皮缺陷主要由于在轧制前几道次出现耳子或过充满现象。
The longitudinal cracks of a screw-thread steel with Ti addition were analyzed by SEM and EDS.The cracks locate at both of the rib and the non-rib positions,showing continuous and linear distribution along the longitudinal direction.Discontinuous warping defects were found on the cracks,and the bottoms of the warps are connected with the substrate with clear edges.According to the EDS results,the intermediate layer of the cracks is mainly consisted of iron oxide,indicating that the cracks formed in the high temperature rolling process.Based on the applied process parameters and equipment conditions,it is concluded that the longitudinal cracks mainly originated from the initial cracks in the blank,which were not healed by the rolling and extended along the rolling direction.The warping defects were caused by the earring or overfilling occurred in the previous rolling passes.
