摘要
构建现代产业体系既是建设现代化经济体系的重中之重,也是实现高质量发展的关键所在。马克思主义政治经济学的研究对象是生产方式及其与之相适应的生产关系,产业之间的生产关系引导劳动力和生产资料在区域之间、城乡之间和国内外的流动、组合和搭配,由此形成的现代产业体系构成了"中观生产关系"的核心。现代产业体系是实体经济、科技创新、现代金融和人力资源四位协同的有机整体,构建现代产业体系,需要把握好先进制造业与现代服务业之间、实体经济与虚拟经济之间、科技创新与人力资源之间、发展现代农业与推动新型城镇化之间以及劳动力"走出去"和生产资料"走出去"之间的关系。
The construction of modern industry system is the most important part of the construction of modern economic system,and also the key to achieve high-quality development.The research object of political economics is the mode of production and its corresponding production relations.The production relations among industries guide the flow and combination of labor force and means of production between regions,between urban and rural areas,and at home and abroad.The modem industrial system thus formed constitutes the core of the"meso production relations".The modern industrial system is an organic whole of the coordination of real economy,scientific and technological innovation,modern finance and human resources.To build a modern industrial system,we need to grasp the relationship between advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry,between real economy and virtual economy,between scientific and technological innovation and human resources,between the development of modem agriculture and the promotion of new urbanization,and between the"going out"of labor force and"going out"of production data.
