摘要
目的分析我国口腔人力资源分布及缺口情况,为加强口腔医师规划发展提供科学的依据。方法采用口腔医师人口密度、口腔医师地理密度、口腔医师人口比1∶5000的缺口计算以及相关性分析等方法,分析我国口腔医师分布状况与GDP的相关性。结果我国口腔医师人口密度年均增长率超过了10.00%,北京市最高,西藏自治区最低。口腔医师地理密度总体得到了增长,但是个别地区有所波动。我国口腔医师5年间增长了52149人,总体缺口还差89379人。口腔医师人口密度与人均GDP、口腔医师地理密度和每平方千米GDP均具有相关性。结论我国口腔医师缺口较大,需要加大培养力度。口腔医师分布地区不平衡,需要加大口腔医师政策规划和投入。口腔医师受地区经济影响较大,要通过发展地区经济、鼓励社会办医等方式完善口腔卫生服务体系建设。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution and gap of oral human resources in China,and provide a scientific basis for strengthening the planning and development of dentists.METHODS Using the population density of dentists,the geographical density of dentists,the population ratio of dentists 1∶5000,correlation analysis and other methods to analyze the distribution and status of dental doctors in China and the correlation with GDP.RESULTS The average annual growth rate of population density of dental doctors in China exceeds by 10%,the highest in Beijing and the lowest in Tibet.The overall geographic density of dentists has increased,but there have been fluctuations in individual areas.China’s oral human resources have increased by 52149 in the past 5 years,with an overall difference of 89379.The density of the dentist’s population and GDP per capita,the geographic density of the dentist,and the GDP per square kilometer are all relevant.CONCLUSION The gap in dentists in China is large,and it is necessary to increase the intensity of training.The distribution of dental doctors is not balanced,and it is necessary to increase the policy planning and investment of dentists.Stomatologists are greatly affected by the regional economy.It is necessary to improve the construction of oral health service system by developing regional economy and encouraging social medical treatment.
