摘要
开放大学与社区教育协同发展共建学习型社会是整合社会教育资源的需要,开放大学的本质属性决定了高等教育应服务社会和社区。开放大学可以社区为载体、新媒体技术为基础提供社区教育服务。协同发展策略包括提供多样课程选择、建设优质学习课程、构建完整的课程和管理体系。最终是要实现建设学习型社会的目标。
In order to integrate social education resources,it is necessary to establish a learning society through the collaborative development between the Open University and community education.The nature of the Open University determines that higher education should serve society and community.The Open University provides community education service based on community and new media technology.The collaborative development strategies include offering a variety of courses,building quality learning courses and constructing a complete curriculum and management system.
