林芝市牛支原体病流行病学调查 被引量:3

An Epidemiological Survey of Mycoplasma bovis in Nyingchi City

摘要 为了全面了解牛支原体在西藏林芝市牦牛、犏牛、黄牛群中的感染状况,本研究从林芝市分别采集黄牛、牦牛、犏牛血清各46头份,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法进行牛支原体抗体检测。结果表明:林芝市牛支原体血清抗体阳性率为50.48%。其中牦牛阳性率为54.31%;犏牛阳性率为47.83%;黄牛阳性率为43.48%。显著性分析显示,牦牛、犏牛、黄牛阳性率比较,差异均不显著。说明牛支原体在西藏林芝市黄牛、牦牛、犏牛群中广泛存在与流行,牛群中呼吸道疾病防控中,应考虑牛支原体感染。 In order to fully understand the infection of Mycoplasma bovis in yaks,cattle-yak and cattle in Nyingchi,Tibet.In this study,46 sera of cattle,yaks and buffaloes were collected from Nyingchi area,and the antibody of Mycoplasma bovis was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the positive rate of Mycoplasma bovis antibody was 50.48%.The positive rate was 54.31%for yaks,47.83%for cattle-yak and 43.48%for cattle.Significant analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the positive rates of yak,cattle-yak and cattle.It is suggested that Mycoplasma bovis is widespread in cattle,yaks and cattleyak in Nyingchi,Tibet.Mycoplasma bovis infection should be considered in the prevention and control of respiratory diseases in cattle.
