摘要
目的 观察评价分析微型钛板内固定(MTPIF)配合中药治疗足部骨折(FF)的临床效果.方法 选取2017年1月~2018年6月我院骨科收治的足部骨折患者82例,采用随机对照试验(RCT)将其分为两组,对照组41例给予常规钢丝内固定方法治疗;观察组41例给予微型钛板内固定方法配合中药治疗,并比较两组的临床效果.结果 观察组总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的87.80%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.877,P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=49.352、112.506、11.743,P<0.05);观察组与对照组踝关节功能评分较治疗前均有所升高,差异有统计学意义(t=20.174、13.591,P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(t=7.753,P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(t=5.791、3.274,P<0.05),而观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.305,P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的21.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.572,P<0.05).结论 微型钛板内固定(MTPIF)配合中药治疗足部骨折(FF)临床疗效显著,手术时间短、术中出血量少及骨折愈合时间短,有效的提高了踝关节功能,大大的改善疼痛情况,降低了并发症发生率,值得骨科临床大力推广应用.
Objective To observe,evaluate and analyze the clinical effects of micro titanium plate internal fixation(MTPIF)combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of foot fractures(FF).Methods 82 patients with foot fractures admitted and treated at the department of orthopedics of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected,and divided into two groups oyn a randomized controlled trial(RCT).41 patients in the control group were treated with conventional steel wire internal fixation,while 41 patients in the observation group were treated with micro titanium plate internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than that in the control group(87.80%),with statistically significant difference(χ2=2.877,P<0.05);The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,and fracture healing time in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=49.352,112.506 and 11.743,P<0.05);The ankle function scores in the observation group and the control group were higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant difference(t=20.174 and 13.591,P<0.05),and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(t=7.753,P<0.05);The VAS scores in the observation group and the control group after treatment were decreased compared with those before treatment,with statistically significant difference(t=5.791 and 3.274,P<0.05),while the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=6.305,P<0.05);The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than that in the control group(21.95%),with statistically significant difference(χ2=2.572,P<0.05).Conclusion Micro titanium plate internal fixation(MTPIF)combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of foot fractures(FF),with short operation time,less intraoperative bleeding volume,and short fracture healing time,which has effectively improved ankle function,greatly improved pain,and reduced the incidence of complications,and thus it is worthy of extensive promotion and application in orthopedic clinical practice.
