摘要
心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的心律失常,约占心律失常住院患者的1/3,并且有很高的致残率和致死率,严重威胁人类的生命和健康。目前房颤的治疗主要包括药物、导管消融及外科消融等。由于房颤的病理机制尚不明确,建立动物房颤模型对于探索房颤发病机制具有重要意义。与此同时,动物房颤模型的建立也有助于房颤的预测、预防、诊断和治疗等。目前在小型和大型动物中均成功建立了房颤模型。对房颤模型的研究主要包括电刺激诱发房颤、药物诱导房颤、创伤诱发房颤等方面,近年来基因工程技术也更多地被应用于房颤模型的建立。
Atrial fibrillation(AF) is the most common arrhythmia in clinical with high morbidity and mortality,accounting for about one third of the hospitalized patients with arrhythmia,seriously threatening human health and life.At present,the treatment for AF mainly includes drugs,catheter ablation,surgical ablation,etc.Since the pathological mechanism of AF is not clear,the establishment of an animal AF model is of great importance to the study.In the mean time,the establishment of animal AF models can help predict,prevent,diagnose and treat AF.AF models have been successfully established in both small and large animals.The research on AF models mainly includes electrical stimulation-induced AF,drug-induced AF,trauma-induced atrial fibrillation,etc.In recent years,genetic engineering technology has also contributed to the establishment of AF models.
