摘要
为测定梗丝和叶丝中的致香成分,建立了溶剂萃取-GC/MS方法,并采用该方法检测了C3F烤烟的梗丝和叶丝。结果表明:方法工作曲线的R^2为0.9992~0.9997,检出限为12~54 ng/mL,加标回收率在75%~125%之间,方法精密度均小于6.7%。该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于梗丝和叶丝中33种致香成分的同时测定。
In order to determine aroma components in cut stem and cut laminar strip, a solvent extraction-GC/MS method was developed. Cut stem and cut laminar strip from flue-cured tobacco were determined by the developed method. The results showed that: R^2 of methods’ working curves ranged from 0.9992 to 0.9997. The limit of detection was 12-54 ng/mL. The recoveries ranged from 75 % to 125 % with the relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 6.7 %. This method is simple, fast, accurate and suitable for the simultaneous determination of 33 aroma components in cut stem and cut laminar strip.
