摘要
                
                    为了研究不同处理技术在塑料行业挥发性有机物(VOCs)治理中的应用情况,对台州市黄岩区塑料行业VOCs处理技术进行详细调查。研究结果表明:黄岩区塑料行业VOCs处理主要应用活性炭吸附、低温等离子、光催化和低温等离子协同光催化四种技术。活性炭吸附技术和低温等离子协同光催化技术对塑料行业VOCs的处理效率显著高于低温等离子和光催化技术,而低温等离子和光催化技术的效果较差。活性炭吸附技术处理单位风量废气的运行成本最高,低温等离子协同光催化技术处理单位风量废气的运行成本次之。综合考虑处理效率和运行成本,低温等离子协同光催化技术在处理塑料行业VOCs方面存在明显优势。
                
                In order to study the application situation of different volatile organic compounds(VOCs) treatment technologies in plastics industry, the VOCs treatment technologies were investigated in Huangyan district, Taizhou. The results showed that four technologies were used in Huangyan district: activated carbon adsorption, low-temperature plasma, photocatalysis and low-temperature plasma coupled with photocatalysis. The treatment effect of activated carbon adsorption and low-temperature plasma coupled with photocatalysis technology was significantly higher than low-temperature plasma and photocatalysis technology in dealing with VOCs in plastics industry and low-temperature plasma and photocatalysis technology were not well. In addition, activated carbon adsorption technology had the highest operating cost, followed by low-temperature plasma coupled with photocatalysis technology. Considering the treatment effect and operating cost, low-temperature plasma coupled with photocatalysis technology had obvious advantages in dealing with VOCs in plastics industry.
