摘要
针对水利水电工程建设施工的特点,分析了施工期引起环境污染的主要原因及主要污染物,总结了施工期开展环境监理工作需要重点关注的措施和目标,为水利水电工程施工期环境保护和环境监理工作的顺利开展提供一定的参考借鉴。
according to the characteristics of the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, this paper analyzes the main causes and pollutants of environmental pollution during the construction period, summarizes the measures and objectives that need to be focused on in the environmental supervision during the construction period, and provides some reference for the smooth development of environmental protection and environmental supervision during the construction period of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
