摘要
目的 观察局部枸橼酸抗凝的治疗方法 用于高危出血风险血液透析患者中的价值.方法 对本医院2017年5月—2019年6月收治的20例高危出血风险血液透析患者治疗后的临床数据指标进行研究,以抽签法分组,一组纳入10例,试验组采用局部枸橼酸抗凝治疗,对照组采用不含有肝素的生理盐水冲洗,计算两组各项生理指标.结果 试验组出血例数明显少于对照组计算指标(P<0.05),试验组透析管路凝血状况为0~1级例数明显多于对照组计算指标(P<0.05);试验组治疗之后部分凝血活酶时间测定值明显少于对照组计算指标(P<0.05).结论 对高危出血风险血液透析患者实行局部枸橼酸抗凝治疗的效果较好.
Objective To observe the value of local citric acid anticoagulation therapy in hemodialysis patients at high risk of bleeding.Methods 20 patients with high risk hemodialysis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The experimental group was treated with local citric acid anticoagulation therapy,and the control group was treated with saline irrigation without heparin.The indexes of the two groups were calculated.Results The number of bleeding cases in the experimental group was obviously less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of coagulation cases in the dialysis pipeline in the experimental group of 0-1was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the value of partial thromboplastin time in the experimental group was obviously less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Local citric acid anticoagulation therapy is effective for hemodialysis patients at high risk of bleeding.
