摘要
指出了随着城市建设的更新与发展,大量的产业类历史建筑面临着的“拆”与“留”的问题,城市旧工业区与城市发展之间的矛盾日益突出。武汉汉阳造文化创意产业园是在张之洞主持建设的武汉汉阳钢铁厂前身的基础之上改造而成的,蕴含着它固有的场所精神。从该片区当下给人的体验心理入手,分析了工业历史街区改造中对于场所精神重塑的必要性以及场所精神的要素,并初步提出了场所精神塑造的策略。以供参考。
With the renewal and development of urban construction,a large number of industrial historical buildings are facing the problem of"demolition"and"retention".The contradiction between the old industrial zone and urban development is becoming increasingly prominent.Is the transformation a solution?Wuhan Hanyang cultural and creative industrial park is based on the predecessor of Wuhan Hanyang Iron and steel plant built under the leadership of Zhang Zhidong,which contains its inherent place spirit.Starting from the experience psychology of the area,this paper analyzes the necessity of the reconstruction of the place spirit and the elements of the place spirit in the reconstruction of the industrial historical block,and preliminarily analyzes the strategies of the creation of the place spirit.
