摘要
目的 探讨系统化口腔护理在慢性牙周炎中的应用效果.方法 选取2018年2月~2019年2月就诊我院的90例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各45例.对照组接受常规护理管理,实验组采用系统化口腔护理,比较两组护理管理质量评分、护理满意度.结果 实验组护理管理质量各评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 给予慢性牙周炎患者系统化口腔护理,能有效促进疾病康复,提高患者护理满意度,效果显著,值得临床推广.
Objective To explore the application effect of systemic oral nursing in chronic periodontitis.Methods Ninety patients with chronic periodontitis who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management during the treatment period.The experimental group used systematic oral nursing,The nursing management quality and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of quality of nursing management in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic oral nursing for patients with chronic periodontitis can effectively promote disease rehabilitation and improve patient nursing satisfaction.The effect is significant and worth promoting.
